WELCOME TO QASMIEHKSA
The story began in 1952 with the founder of Qasemieh Al-Fawal Restaurant, the late Haj Hussein Qasemieh (Abu Mustafa). He was among the first to introduce falafel to the city of Irbid, mastering its preparation and adding his unique touch to traditional Jordanian breakfast dishes. His signature blends and flavors became legendary, and he went on to create the famous 'Qasemieh Plate,' a dish loved by everyone who tasted it. This iconic creation became a cherished tradition, passed down through generations at Qasemieh Restaurant in Jordan, where the secret recipe and authentic taste have stood the test of time.
